Arteta sends message to Aubameyang after signing for Chelsea

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang enjoyed four successful years at Arsenal, scoring 92 goals in 163 games for the Gunners having signed from Borussia Dortmund in 2018 in a £56m move.

Aubameyang would later fall out with Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta for disciplinary reasons.

The Gabon international was stripped of his captaincy and then exiled from the first team.

Aubameyang left Arsenal in January after his contract was terminated by mutual consent, and he signed up for Barcelona where he continued his fine scoring form.

Upon signing for Chelsea, Aubameyang has said he has unfinished business in the Premier League.

Arteta has wished Aubameyang well after his return to the Premier League.

Reacting to Aubameyang’s return to the Premier League, Arteta said: “I’m sure he’s made that decision because he wants to change again and find the best possible for his future, and we here wish him the best of luck.”
