Mendy: Beaten at his near post for Leicester City’s goal. Other than that, he made some good saves to keep Chelsea’s three points intact. 6/10

Reece James: Top performance down the right flank. Provided a perfect ball for Raheem Sterling to score Chelsea’s second. 7/10

Thiago Silva: Top performance in defence. Very solid as he dished out many clearances and tackles to protect Chelsea’s victory. 7/10

Chalobah: Did decently at the back. Had one moment when Jamie Vardy beat him form a pass behind the backline. 6/10

Cucurella: Brilliant performance especially at the start of the second half.  Started to lose identity later in the game when Leicester City started to pressure Chelsea. 6.5/10

Gallagher: Started the game brightly but his evening was marred by a first-half red card. 3/10

Jorginho: Started the game very well and helped control the midfield until after the hour mark. Was overran in midfield after Leicester City’s goal. 6/10

Loftus-Cheek: Was very dangerous in the first-half until he had to drop deep following Gallagher’s red card. 6.5/10

Mount: Had a quiet afternoon and was sacrificed at half-time as Chelsea changed shape to a back three. 5/10

Kai Havertz: Helped with his holdup play when Chelsea played with a man down and managed to hold their lead. Still need to do more. 6/10

Sterling: Brilliant performance as he scored a brace for Chelsea. Great positioning to score Chelsea’s second. Was our best attacker. 8/10

Azpilicueta – Came in at half-time as he slotted on the right of a back three in the second half. Brave at times but should have done better for Leicester City’s goal. 6/10

Mateo Kovacic: Came on for Jorginho and brought in energy to the midfield. 6/10

Pulisic: Created an outlet for our attack after replacing Raheem Sterling in the second-half. 6/10

Chilwell: Late sub for Cucurella.
