The Champions League group stage draws have been conducted, and the permutations and predictions for who will win the Champions League have already began.
FiveThirtyEight’s super computer has come up with its predictions for the Champions League 2022-23 winners.
The super computer’s top five are Bayern Munich, Manchester City, Paris Saint-Germain, Liverpool and Real Madrid.
According to the super computer, Bayern Munich are most likely to win the Champions League, with a win percentage of 21 percent.
It rated Man City’s chances at 18 percent and PSG 14 percent.
They are followed by last season’s finalists, Liverpool (9 percent) and Real Madrid (7 percent).
Chelsea’s chances of winning the Champions League was rated at 4 percent – same as Barcelona and Ajax.
As for the group stage, Chelsea were given a 76 percent chance of making it to the Round of 16 and a 47 per cent chance to top the group.
Chelsea are grouped in Group E with AC Milan, RB Salzburg and Dinamo Zagreb.
