The draws for the group stage of the 2022-23 Champions League season was conducted today,  and it was an interesting one.

Chelsea have been drawn in Group E alongside Italian champions AC Milan, Croatian champions Dinamo Zagreb and Austrian champions RB Salzburg.

Chelsea legend John Terry has reacted to Chelsea’s group following the UEFA Champions League group stage draw.

Taking to Twitter, the Blues legend said: “It could have been a lot worse.”

Chelsea’s Champions League group seems easy on paper, but it’s quite tricky.

The Champions League group of death this season is Group C. It has Bayern Munich, Barcelona, Inter Milan and Viktoria Plzen.
