Chelsea are keen on signing a striker this summer, but the Blues are rather moving for 33-year-old Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Former Chelsea defender Jason Cundy has told Chelsea to rather go for Real Sociedad striker, Alexander Isak.
Isak has proven to be a dangerous striker for the La Liga club, and the 22-year-old is set for a move to Newcastle United.
Newcastle’s £63million bid for Isak was accepted by Real Sociedad on Wednesday.
Cundy has now told Chelsea to hijack the deal.
“What a good player [Isak] is,” Cundy told talkSPORT.
He added, “I have to say now, I would not be unhappy if Chelsea signed him at all.
“He’s a lot of money, he’s had a lot of moves considering his age and he hasn’t quite done it, but I think he’s an absolute superstar in the making.
“I think it’s a big, bold move. It’s top-end. He’s worth it, in my opinion. Bags of pace, he’s physical – about 6ft 4in, quick, he’s had a tough time with injuries, but this is a proper player, this kid.”
