Hakim Ziyech’s brother has dropped a major hint that the Moroccan star could be set to return to Ajax.

Abdullah Ziyech has now taken to Instagram to post an image of Hakim in the Ajax shirt, hinting that the 29-year-old is set to return to his former club.

Ziyech won’t be the first to leave Chelsea for his former club this summer, as Romelu Lukaku and Timo Werner have both sealed returns to their previous sides.

Ziyech is said to be unhappy at Chelsea due to his lack of playing time. So far this season, he has only featured in a 29-minute appearance against Leeds.

Since making his transfer to Chelsea back in 2020 for a fee of £36million, Ziyech has scored 14 goals in 84 matches. This is in stark contrast to the 49 goals and 81 assists he registered in 165 games for Ajax.
