Chelsea have reached an agreement with Italian club Inter Milan for the transfer of 19 year old midfielder Cesare Casadei, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.

The deal to sign Casadei from Inter Milan is worth €15million which could rise to €20million.

The 19 year old midfielder has already agreed personal terms with the Blues and is expected to sign a six year contract with Chelsea.

Romano wrote: “Chelsea are now set to sign Cesare Casadei, official bid has been sent and accepted by Inter as revealed in the last days – after personal terms agreed on a six year contract.

“Fee: €15m & €5m add-ons. Casadei will be in London this week to undergo medical tests.”
