Chelsea have done well to bring in some transfer targets, but the Blues aren’t done in the transfer market.
Meanwhile, as Chelsea are bringing in new faces, the Blues have to sell some players this summer.
According to reports, Chelsea striker Timo Werner will make a return to former club RB Leipzig, two years after leaving them for Chelsea.
Werner was one of Europe’s hottest strikers during during his time at Leipzig, as he scored 78 league goals in 127 appearances.
However, Werner has not enjoyed the same amount of success at Stamford Bridge, scoring 23 goals in 89 appearances.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that the deal will be finalised on Monday, as the transfer would be confirmed soon.
Werner was missing from the squad that faced Everton, and Blues boss Thomas Tuchel has insisted that he still needs some signings to complete his team.
