Antonio Conte was the last Chelsea manager to win the Premier League, as he guided the Blues to the top of the league in the 2016-17 campaign.
Chelsea have not managed to win the league since Conte left the club, with City and Liverpool dominating the Premier League ever since.
Last season, Liverpool and Man City fought for the league until the last day of the season, with only one point separating the two sides.
Chelsea finished 19 points behind champions Man City and 18 points behind Liverpool.
Many don’t see Chelsea as a title contender this season, but Antonio Conte doesn’t agree.
When asked to comment on the Premier League title race and who are the favourites between Man City and Liverpool, the Spurs boss put Chelsea among the mix.
He said: “I think you forgot Chelsea. This is a big mistake. You’re talking about a team who two seasons ago won the Champions League… why is Chelsea not in this group of top teams? For me, Chelsea are in this group.”
