Chelsea have signed up Marc Cucurella from Brighton and Hove Albion, and the Blues paid a massive fee for his signature.
Chelsea will pay an initial fee of £55million for Cucurella, plus a potential £7million in bonuses, leading to a fee of £62m.
Cucurella joins Chelsea as the 7th most expensive defender in the world.

Brighton will make massive profit from the deal, after spending just £15million on the Spaniard when he moved from Getafe only a year ago.
On signing for Chelsea, Cucurella admitted he was excited about joining Chelsea, as he said: “I’m really happy. It’s a big opportunity for me to join one of the best clubs in the world and I’m going to work hard to be happy here and help the team.”
