Barcelona have signed up Andreas Christensen who left Chelsea as a free agent to join the Catalan club.
Barcelona are also targeting Chelsea skipper Cesar Azpilicueta.
According to reports, César Azpilicueta has agreed terms on a two-year deal with Barcelona but a deal is still to be agreed by the west London club and La Liga side.
Cesar Azpilicueta has been at the Stamford Bridge club for almost a decade after signing from Marseille in August 2012, and he has reportedly told the club he wants a new challenge.
The 32-year-old has a year left on his contract with Chelsea, and Chelsea have told him that he won’t leave until the club secures a replacement.
Ben Jacobs of CBS Sports has claimed that a deal for Azpilicueta is likely to happen.
He told GIVEMESPORT: “He has already agreed terms on a two-year deal.
“The move is likely to happen eventually, but there was no progress made last week when Boehly met Joan Laporta face-to-face in Barcelona.
“Azpilicueta himself has too much respect for Chelsea to force an exit.”
