Chelsea striker Armando Broja is highly-rated in the Chelsea camp, and many see him as the next best thing to Didier Drogba and Diego Costa – the last two strikers to have had remarkable seasons at Chelsea.
The academy product had made his mark on loan to Premier League club Southampton, and is keen on more first team opportunities ahead of next season.
A decision is yet to be made on the future of the 20-year-old striker, who’s attracting interest from Premier League clubs.
According to reports, Chelsea owner Todd Boehly is planning to meet with Armando Broja soon in light of West Ham, Newcastle and Everton links.
Everton manager Frank Lampard sees Broja as a top summer target and West Ham also hold serious interest in the young striker.
Reports claim Everton have made an approach worth £30m for Broja, but nothing has been decided so far.
The active contact from Everton and West Ham has left Todd Boehly and Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel under pressure to decide their plan for the Albania international, who put himself in the limelight after a successful loan spell with Southampton.
Newcastle have even seen a loan approach for Broja turned down, as the striker is keen on a substantial role at Chelsea or a permanent move to a Premier League rival this summer.
Ora News had come up with an unconfirmed report that Thomas Tuchel has decided that he will not include Armando Broja in his pre-season squad for the tour of the United States of America.
According to the report, Tuchel appreciates Broja’s ability but prefers that he stays in London and train by himself because of the uncertainty over his future.
The report adds that Broja has been annoyed by this and told Tuchel that he’d prefer to leave Chelsea immediately if he’s not included in the pre-season squad.
Chelsea fans will be hoping that Broja wouldn’t be another Blue talent lost to another Premier League side, as in the case of Marc Guehi and Tino Livramento.
