According to reports, PSG are keen on offloading star man Neymar.
After five seasons in Paris, with four Ligue One titles, PSG are looking for buyers for Neymar.
PSG’s president Nasser Al-Khelaifi, had cast doubt over Neymar’s future in the French capital during a series of interviews last month.
“Dreams are one thing, reality is another,” Al-Khelaifi told Le Parisien.
“Perhaps we should change our slogan… dream bigger is good, but today we must be realistic, we don’t want flashy, bling-bling anymore, it’s the end of the glitter.”
When asked directly about Neymar’s future in an interview with Marca, Al-Khelaifi replied: “We can’t talk about it in the media, some will come and some will go, but these are private negotiations.
“We want young, talented, committed players with a winning mentality, people who want to die for this badge.
“We want to be stronger collectively, to play as a team and for the club to be above all.”
However, Brazil legend Rivaldo, has claimed that Neymar can still attract big names like Chelsea, if PSG no longer wants him.
According to Rivaldo, Neymar is one of the best players in the world, and he still has a couple of years left to play at the highest level.
“It’s still unclear if the rumours are true about PSG possibly selling Neymar this summer,” Rivaldo told Betfair.
“But I imagine that the Brazilian star won’t be too worried because he knows that even if he leaves the French club he will always have a lot of big clubs looking to sign him, including Chelsea.
“Neymar continues to be one of the best players in the world and has no reason to worry about leaving a club, as he would probably have a lot of big clubs fighting for Champions League success chasing his services.
“At 30-years-old he still has a couple of more seasons at the highest European level and even if he leaves PSG I’m sure he will continue to show all his magnificent skills in Europe on a regular basis.”
