Tiemoue Bakayoko won’t be a Chelsea player for long if reports on Goal are to be believed.
According to Goal, Bakayoko has been deemed surplus to requirement by Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri and would spend this season on loan at AC Milan.
The loan deal taking Bakayoko to AC Milan will also include a €35 million (£31m/$40m) purchase option, which means Bakayoko has no future at Chelsea.
The 23-year-old only moved to Stamford Bridge in the summer of 2017 as a replacement for Nemanja Matic but struggled in his first season at Chelsea.
Bakayoko is expected to move to AC Milan on loan in the coming days despite the player’s desire to remain on Chelsea’s books and try and play his way into form.
