Indications show that relations between Chelsea and Antonio Conte have actually gotten messy after Chelsea released a 52-word statement today to confirm Conte’s sack.

Reports now claim Conte is keen on taking to Chelsea to court and has begun the process that will see him take £9m compensation fee.

Chelsea intend to use a text sent to Diego Costa by Antonio Conte as a key point of evidence against the Italian in court, according to reports.

According to Sky Sports, Conte and Chelsea are set to go to war in court and the club will claim Conte alienated players and failed to communicate with the Blues’ hierarchy before sending the text that made Costa leave the club.

Chelsea intend to use the message sent to Costa as a key piece of evidence in order to establish the 48-year-old’s actions breached the terms of his contract.

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
