Chelsea and Napoli are believed to have reached a £57m agreement for Jorginho.
The 26-year-old is currently in London and a deal is said to be imminent for the Italian.
Former Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan who came up against Jorginho several times, admitted in an interview last year that Jorginho was the most difficult opponent he had faced in the Serie A.
Nainggolan admitted that Jorginho’s ability to pass the ball in tight corners make players get tired.
“My toughest opponent? I’d say Jorginho,” Nainggolan said when asked a year ago who he rated as Serie A’s most difficult opponent.
“He always plays in small spaces, with one-metre passes. It’s difficult to keep up with him or to try to cut out his passes.
“You get very tired because he distributes the ball very quickly yet he remains practically still.”
