After another weekend of action, we’d take a look at the performances of the Chelsea players out on loan.

Michy Batshuayi led the line for Borussia Dortmund in a 1-1 draw at RB Leipzig. The result was a good one for Dortmund as they remained in the final Champions League qualification spot and maintained a three-point gap over Leipzig.

Marco van Ginkel featured in PSV Eindhoven’s midfield in a 3-0 Eredivisie victory over Utrecht, a result which moved them 10 points clear of Ajax at the top of the table. On Sunday Vitesse recorded a massive 3-2 win over Ajax with help from three Chelsea loanees as Fankaty Dabo, Matt Miazga and Mason Mount all played in a 3-2 home win for Vitesse who are in sixth place.

Charly Musonda came off the bench to help Celtic overcome Greenock Morton in the Scottish FA Cup quarter-finals. With the game oalless at the break, the Hoops scored three second-half goals to win the game 3-0.

In the Premier League, Kurt Zouma formed part of Stoke City’s defence as the Potters made it three Premier League draws on the spin thanks to a 0-0 draw at Southampton. Tammy Abraham came on as a late substitute for Swansea as they thrashed West Ham 4-1 and Kenedy played the whole match for Newcastle at Anfield, with the Magpies losing 2-0.

In the Championship, Kasey Palmer and Lucas Piazon came up against each other as Derby hosted Fulham, both players coming on as second-half substitutes as the Cottagers made it 13 league games unbeaten thanks to a 2-1 win. Jeremie Boga played the final 10 minutes for Birmingham City, who were beaten 2-1 at Nottingham Forest, a result that led to the departure of manager Steve Cotterill.

Jamal Blackman was in goal for Sheffield United in a 3-1 win over Reading.  Ola Aina featured in defence for Hull City in their 1-1 draw with Barnsley – a key match towards the bottom of the table with both teams sitting just above the relegation zone.
