It was a five star performance from Chelsea as Antonio Conte’s men ran riot against Mark Hughes Stoke.

See how the players are rated from the game:

Courtois: Made a good start from a dangerous Berahino chance early in the second-half. Was solid in goal although barely tested. 7/10

Rudiger: Produced a powerful header to score his first league goal for Chelsea. Tried to move forward with the ball a couple of times. 8/10

Cahill: Was solid in defence but caught napping by Berahino who nearly got the better of him. 7/10

Azpilicueta: Tried to tee up Morata a couple of times, was solid at the back and showed enough zeal to go forward. 7.5/10

Kante: Was a workaholic in midfield and made Charlie Adam and Darren Fletcher look like miniatures in the centre of the pitch. Taken off for Tiemoue Bakayoko with 25 minutes left. 7/10

Drinkwater: Was calm and composed in midfield and produced a wonderful effort for a well deserved first Chelsea goal after only nine minutes. 8/10

Alonso: We’ve seen better performances from the Spaniard on the left flank, but he put in a decent showing. 6/10

Moses: Made life difficult for Josh Tymon as he tried to cause havoc on Chelsea’s right flank. Taken off for Zappacosta before the hour mark. 7/10

Pedro: Was too hot for Stoke’s defence to contain. Score the third for Chelsea from a beautiful strike and could easily have scored a hatrick. 8.5/10

Willian: Was everywhere in attack for the Blues. Nice delivery for Rudiger’s goal and his effort was finally crowned with a goal as he scored from the spot kick. 8.5/10

Morata: Surprising that he didn’t get on the scoresheet. Missed a couple of good chances to add to his tally for Chelsea. Lively performance all the same. 7/10

Subs

Zappacosta: Came on for Moses after 56 minutes and scored a beautiful fifth goal to crown the lead for Chelsea. 7/10

Bakayoko: Came on for Kante after 65 minutes and slotted in well in midfield. 6/10

Batshuayi: Replaced Morata on the 71st minute

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
