Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has urged the board to be decisive in the January transfer window or risk falling behind Manchester City.

Conte believes Manchester City have been good this season because they got their key targets compared to Chelsea’s summer transfer window that saw the Blues miss out on some key targets.

“Manchester City’s path is incredible, no? I think Manchester City in this season is a strong team,” Conte said.

“Also last season, Manchester City were a fantastic team. Then, after the transfer market, they bought their first targets and then they have improved a lot.

“They can do this also in January maybe and in the future. For this reason, we must be worried because if we want to compete with Manchester City we have to work and make the best decisions in the market.

“If you want to reach something important it’s very important to have a good balance.”

Useless conte hw can he let diego coaster go.wasting money on morata and bakayoko

  2. you can’t keep your girlfriend if her love for you is over, the same thing to costa. he has been impressive since his arrival from atletico but how can’t you keep a player who is happy at the club? i truly respect conte’s decision and i’m sure he is going the right way

  3. Conte did a right thing by letting costa leave, a player can’t and will never be bigger than the club. He was carried away by chinese money.Keep it up Conte, my blood is blue,up Chelsea.Morata and Bakayoko are both good players, learn to have patience in life, epl is very tough.
