Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante picked up a hamstring injury in the 34th minute of France’s win over Bulgaria on Saturday night.
Kante, who has played every minute of Chelsea’s Premier League campaign so far this season, is now a big doubt for Chelsea’s Premier League clash with Crystal Palace next weekend.
France national team manager Didier Deschamps confirmed Kante injured his thigh after France’s win over Bulgaria and has ruled the Chelsea midfielder out of France’s game against Belarus on Tuesday.
“It’s a muscular problem behind the thigh,” Deschamps told reporters after the match.
“It is fixed for Tuesday.”
