Chelsea are in dire need of signing new players to add depth to the squad, and one area Antonio Conte is particular on is the central midfield position.

After signing Neymar from Barcelona for a world record fee of £198 million, Paris Saint-Germain are keen on offloading Grzegorz Krychowiak to Chelsea as they look to recoup some of the money spent on Neymar, according to reports in France.

With Tiemoue Bakayako still unavailable for selection and Nemanja Matic and Nathaniel Chalobah already being sold, Chelsea are short in the central midfield position, and according to L’Equipe Chelsea tried to sign Poland international midfielder Krychowiak a month ago but were brushed off by PSG who, at that point, were focusing all their attentions of finalising the Neymar deal.

Report now claims PSG are willing to sell the 27-year-old and are also considering the sales of Blaise Matuidi and Julian Draxler, while former Real Madrid winger Jese Rodriguez has completed move to Stoke on Wednesday.
