Chelsea striker Diego Costa has been heavily linked with a move away from Chelsea this summer with Chinese club Tianjin Quanjian willing to offer him £650,000 per week.
Everton striker Romelu Lukaku is set to return to Stamford Bridge at the end of the season after rejecting a new contract at Everton and former Premier League defender Danny Higginbotham believes the Belgian is the perfect replacement for Costa.
“He is the one that everyone is talking about,” Higginbotham told Sky Sports.
“Obviously he hasn’t signed a new contract at Everton at the moment.
“He has Premier League experience, he could be the top goalscorer come the end of the season.
“He would be the player that fits the bill for them, especially the way Conte plays.
“Playing through the middle, you want that physical aspect to a player with smaller slight players either side.
“It would make sense for Lukaku to be the main man.”
