Chelsea legend Frank Lampard retired from football early this year and the 38-year-old Chelsea all-time goalscorer is currently working on his coaching badges.

According to Daily Mail, Chelsea’s academy is set to undergo changes this summer and Adi Viveash – the head coach of Chelsea’s development squad since 2014 – will reportedly take on a different role.

A Daily Mail report claims Lampard will return to Chelsea this summer to take on a similar role to that of Steven Gerrard at Liverpool’s academy.

Having a club legend like Lampard work with the youngsters at Chelsea will definitely be good for their development.
