Second placed Tottenham are 10 points behind Chelsea with 12 games left to play and Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has urged his team to take full advantage in case of a Chelsea slip up this weekend.

Pochettino has refused to concede defeat in title race despite Tottenham being 10 points behind leaders Chelsea.

“Mathematically it’s still possible. Chelsea are in a very good position,” Pochettino said.

“The gap is 10 points and that’s a massive gap but there are still a lot of games to play and in our heads, we still believe, like I think other clubs believe they can also catch up.

“In football everything can happen and we need to be there if they fail.

“It’s important for us to be focused, working hard, trying to win games and getting points.”

Tottenham host Everton on Sunday before Chelsea play West Ham at the London Stadium on Monday.
