Antonio Conte rewarded the squad with a time off for their impressive 11-game Premier League winning run.

Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois travelled to the United States to watch basketball in Philadelphia and Chicago. Courtois watched Philadelphia 76ers’ win over Brooklyn Nets on Sunday and posed with Philadelphia 76ers’ Joel Embiid after the game. Courtois also watched Chicago Bulls play Detroit Pistons on Monday night.

 

Chelsea striker Diego Costa would not be unavailable for selection after picking his fifth yellow card of the season. Costa returned to Brazil with his brother, Jair to spend his time off.

Chelsea goalkeeper Asmir Begovic spent his break in the capital of France, Paris. He took a picture of Paris during his stay at the French capital.

Chelsea midfielder Nathaniel Chalobah spent his time off by visiting Disneyland, Paris with his girlfriend Andonia Leah Georgio.

Chelsea winger Willian spent his time off in London. He visited Mayfair’s Novikov Restaurant with his friends.

Chelsea defender Gary Cahill spent his time off outside England as he celebrated his 31st birthday.

Hope they return well-rested ahead of Chelsea’s game against Bournemouth on Boxing day and Stoke City on New Year’s Eve.
